Physio For Dizziness

Physio For Dizziness.

Physio for dizziness, also known as Vestibular Physiotherapy or Vestibular Rehabilitation is a form of physiotherapy designed to treat vertigo and balance issues, often caused by underlying conditions affecting the inner ear or brain. Dizziness or vertigo, can arise from a variety of factors, including Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), age-related changes, blood pressure fluctuations, stroke (CVA) recovery, or side effects from medication.

At Goolwa Physio, we offer individualised assessment and treatment tailored to your needs. Our services include the use of eye camera technology to enhance diagnostic accuracy and optimise treatment plans. We provide comprehensive vertigo treatments, vestibular exercise programs, and rehabilitation protocols aimed at improving balance and preventing falls. Sessions are available in both 1:1 and group settings, ensuring flexibility for our patients.

This service is led by Physiotherapist Travis Ekers-Broadbent, who has undertaken further training in vestibular rehabilitation and has a passion for treating these conditions. Travis dedicates specific time each week for vestibular appointments, ensuring that patients receive the focused care they need.
